Introducing: Karmin Music!

Pop singer/songwriters Amy and Nick form the duo Karmin, a Boston based group that is slowly becoming a Youtube sensation with the release of various covers. Nick, a trombonist who's style is influenced by rock complements the R&B/Pop background of Amy to create a group with distinct style and sound. P!nk recently stopped by the Oprah show to perform the latest single, "I Don't Believe You" from her album, "Funhouse". Peep the performance below and let me know what you think!

Another solid performance! After her showcasing at the Grammy's I really acquired a new respect for P!nk. She has truly proven herself over the last few years as a real artist who always brings something new to the table. Definitely something any executive would look for when scouting for new talent.

P!nk: I Don't Believe You Video!

P!nk is such a solid artist. She continuously brings her A-game and has really matured as a songwriter, singer and performer. With a #1 hit under her belt ("So What") she has become one of the industry's leading talents and I think she can now start exercising some creative freedom in terms of what she brings to the scene on her next album. Do you like the video?

So, after P!nk cancelled her show last week in Brisbane I was quite disappointed. However, last night the postponed event took place at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. It was my first time going to the BEC and seeing P!nk so it was quite an exciting evening.

After arriving a bit late for the starting time (8:15) I was a bit concerned that I'd miss the opening, but to my amazement the show only kicked off an hour later! Besides the delay, P!nk put on a great show and stopped every now and again to chat to the crowd (they were eating her sense of humour up). The setlist was kept the same.

Overall it was a great show. I'm not the biggest P!nk fan but it was a great night out and I wouldn't mind seeing her again sometime.

Pink Cancels Brisbane Show!

Well, I had bought tickets for one of the 58 P!nk concerts in Australia and the concert was scheduled for tonight. I drove an hour and a half to get to the venue (Brisbane Entertainment Centre) only to be told while driving in that, "The show has been cancelled because she has laryngitis. It has been postponed to next week.". I was really disappointed and I thought the promoters could of let us concert goers know before we all made the trek out to the venue. Oh well, my review of the show will be up next Tuesday.

Pink - Funhouse
